Camp Options
We have added a new option for Lil Kickers this year and now have 2 time slots for all 3-5 yrs olds at all Youth Camps (9-10:30 or 10:30-12). The majority of our youth camps come with a half day and full day option. The half day runs from 9:00-12:00noon and is available for players of all ages 6-14yrs. Our full day option runs from 9:00am-3:00pm and is available to players aged 8-14yrs ONLY. Program availabilty is determined by the birthdate you enter for your child. Programs that are out of their age range, will NOT show up under program selection.
Camp Physical/Immunization Records
The State of Massachusetts requires that we have a current physical (within 13 months of the start date of camp) and Immunization record on file for every camper prior to the start of camp. All applicants can mail or fax these items to our office prior to the start of camp OR can go to the camps page of our website and fill out the online form. If your son/daughter does not show proof of these items prior to camp, they will not be able to participate Monday morning. Fax: 781-585-1989 OR Email to socceracademy@ptusa.org
Registration Confirmation
Whether you register online or through paper registration, you will receive email confirmation as soon as the application is processed. It is extremely important to make sure your email address is correct as any and all communication is made through email.
Rain Policy
All cancellations due to weather will be made at least 45 minutes prior to camp beginning. Cancellations will be sent via email and also posted on the home page of our website (WWW.PTUSA.ORG). Very few of our day camp sites have indoor venues available for use if there is heavy rain or thunder and lightning. In the case of a cancellation, PTUSA will add time to the remaining days of camp. No refunds will be issued for any camp cancelled due to rain, but instead, will be issued a credit for future use if more than one day is missed.
Refund/Cancellation Policies for Day Camps and Clinics
Any cancellation for a day camp made less than 14 days prior to the start date of camp will be given a camp credit to be used for the 2010/2011 season. Cancellations prior to that 14 days will be issued a refund, minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email no later than 14 days prior to the start of the program.
Residential Payment Policies
The full tuition or a deposit of $100.00 is due with a fully completed application in order for your son or daughter to reserve their spot at camp. All balances that are still outstanding by July 1st, 2012 will be removed from our list and will not be issured a refund for the deposit. Registration payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. When paying by credit card, the full amount will be charged. Payment plans are available by calling our office at 781-585-1950.
Residential Refund/Cancellation Policies
Any cancellations for a residential camp made later than June 15th will not be issued a refund. All residential deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or expulsions from camp. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email no later than June 15th. All refunds/credits for residential programs will be processed by September 1, 2011.
Team Discounts/Registration
PTUSA prides itself on working with countless club, high school and town teams throughout Massachusetts. We offer discounts at any our day, premier and residential camps for any team registering 10 or more players. To receive this discount all registrations must be received at the same time in the same envelope. This helps us to ensure that all players are housed together and receive the discount.
